Service Cancellation

Since we provide custom website development services, cancellation policies apply differently than for physical products. You may cancel your service agreement within the timeframe specified in your service contract.

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and depend on the stage of project completion:

  • If cancellation occurs before work begins, a full refund may be available
  • If cancellation occurs after work has started, refunds are prorated based on work completed
  • No refunds are available after project completion and delivery

Project Modifications

We understand that project requirements may change. Significant modifications to the original scope may result in additional charges. Minor adjustments are typically included in the original agreement.
